Acoustic Silencers

The silencer is located in front of the noise source or is fitted into a duct through which air or a gas circulates. It is a matter of achieving the attenuation of the sound emission from the machine or through the duct towards the outside.
There are two types of design: dissipative and reactive.
Different types of materials are used to make the silencers.
– According to requirements, Aluminised Steel, stainless steel or aluminium of different densities and thicknesses may be used.
– Rock wool with fire classification A1.
– The use of EPOXY type paints, resistant to high temperatures, which are suitable for industrial or food-related environments is necessary.
All these solutions are evaluated, designed and manufactured to specifications in an individualised manner.
